Will the software actually generate the schedule for you?
Yes! Our generator is completely automated. It will take your employee's desired hours and availability and put together the week's schedule.
Can you edit the schedule that the software makes for you?
Yes! We have a very easy to use editing feature that allows you to edit the schedule that the software makes for you.
Do employees enter in their own availability, or does the manager to it for them?
Both options are available. We can set up your account so your employees can log in and enter their availability themselves, or you can set up your account so you enter your employee's availability.
What if an employee has not entered their availability?
If there is no availability entered for an employee and the schedule is generated, the software will not schedule that employee. However, availability can be entered in for long periods of time, e.g., a college semester.
Yes they can! It is easy to log onto our website and view the schedule once it is created.
What if you want your best employees working during your busiest times?
The software has a critical times function and employee (experience) rating system. First employers must rate their employees based on skill level or experience. Then the employer must designate the times they are the busiest (critical times). The software will then try to schedule the highest rated employee during the critical times, if that employee is available.
